Founded in Minnesota, Loon Systems is a boutique technology service provider dedicated to serving residential clients, small businesses, and nonprofits. Our founder is a graduate of Dunwoody's Electrical Program and began his career working for a home theater installation company with strong attention to detail. After witnessing the disconnect between what was "sold" versus actually implemented, Loon Systems was born.

Matt founded Loon Systems in 2009 committed to delivering what clients are promised. A 2006 Dunwoody College graduate, Matt brings nearly two decades of expertise in electrical infrastructure and IT solutions. His early audio and video installation work cultivated a craftsmanship first approach that defines his work today. He specializes in designing robust networking infrastructure and translating complex technical requirments into customized solutions with flawless execution.

Jessica brings 28+ years of combined real estate and operations leadership experience. As a valued Loon systems client for eight years, she understands service delivery excellence from the client perspective. Ben is a recent University of Minnesota graduate with a degree in Statistical Science and a minor in Computer Science. As Loon Systems' Hardware and Network Specialist, he delivers hands-on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT hardware and networking systems with a focus on cybersecurity resilience. His calm demeanor, clear communication, and analytical skills ensure reliable support while building expertise in structured cabling, system testing, and optimization.
